Base
MacDill Air Force Base is located 8 miles south of Tampa,
Florida, on the tip of Interbay Peninsula in Hillsborough County. Home to the
6th Air Refueling Wing, MacDill also serves pilots working for the National Oceanic
and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Clearwater
Coast Guard Air Station
Located on the other side of Tampa Bay,
in Northern Pinellas County, is the Clearwater Coast Guard Air Station. The Clearwater
CGAS provides air support for a
number of operations, including law enforcement, search and rescue, and Navy support. Want
